The Food Files opened its doors to Western Australians in 2015 with a clear mission: to share our love for incredible food by crafting premium, handmade meat products using only the finest ingredients.

At the heart of everything we do is our artisan butcher, Shane, whose passion for quality and tradition stems from over 30 years of experience.

His journey began in 1991, and he’s been mastering the art of butchery ever since.

Our commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed. Over the years, we've built a loyal following of food lovers who value authenticity and flavour just as much as we do. Our hard work has been recognised through a growing list of prestigious awards, including:
