This is the place where the artisan butcher meets the chefs kitchen. We craft quality hand made specialty meat products to many stores throughout the Perth and Wheatbelt area. Our new building is located right in the heart of Chittering and servicing the Northern Valley’s local businesses for all their wholesale needs. Retail sales are now available to the general public, including meat packs and specialty meats.

All About Us
The Food Files opened to Western Australians in 2015 with the mission of spreading our love of incredible food mixed with the finest ingredients to people who enjoyed quality hand made meat products. Shane our artisan butcher who creates all the products entirely by hand has been in the industry for nearly three decades, starting an apprenticeship in 1991.  Since we first started operating, we’ve developed a loyal fan base that it just as particular about good food as we are! Some of our products even incorporate natural Australian bush foods.Â
